The architecture of Elim Valley is completely unique. We harkened back to the European ancestry of those that originally settled this area. Our premise was simple. What kinds of homes would those settlers have built here if they had possessed the materials and skills that we have today? How would they have incorporated outdoor living to take advantage of the temperate climate and reflected the colors and materials of the area?
We gave the challenge to three nationally renowned architectural firms to execute our mandate, and the results are truly remarkable and unique.
Robert Hidey Architects, Bassenian Lagoni Architects and Scheurer Architects all contributed designs for the Elim Valley Village Courtyard Home. It is an attached home designed around a beautiful courtyard positioned between the living area of the home and the garage. Each garage is connected to the home by a loggia and may offer an optional casita. A diverse range of floor plans will suit individuals, couples and large families and offer ideal proximity to town center amenities.
