The architecture of Elim Valley is completely unique. We harkened back to the European ancestry of those that originally settled this area. Our premise was simple. What kinds of homes would those settlers have built here if they had possessed the materials and skills that we have today? How would they have incorporated outdoor living to take advantage of the temperate climate and reflected the colors and materials of the area?
We gave the challenge to three nationally renowned architectural firms to execute our mandate, and the results are truly remarkable and unique.
Designed by Robert Hidey Architects, the Manor Home is the grand residence of Elim Valley. It is a large traditional home surrounded by gorgeous outdoor living space featuring a strategic mix of courtyards, loggias, verandas and porches. Home interiors offer exceptional gathering and entertaining options with spacious great rooms, dining rooms, living rooms and kitchens.
